Poise and Tension IV, Chandler's first exploration of bronze offers an interesting dynamic. The broad flat panels of the side view offer a stark contrast to the the almost knife edge appearance of the front or rear. Chandler continues to enjoy surprising the viewer and demanding the sculptures can be fully appreciated from all angles.
